Comparative table on conflicts of interest in ENPE member States

Created in June 2022 at the initiative of the High Authority, the ENPE is currently chaired by the National Anti-Corruption Authority of Italy and the High Authority manages its secretariat. The ENPE aims at promoting public ethics and transparency by fostering exchanges among its members. This table serves as a valuable tool for understanding how each country addresses conflict of interest management and for sharing best practices.
