Mamadou Aliou Bah, the president of the Liberal Democratic Movement (MoDeL) in Guinea was invited to France by the International Visitor Leadership Program (PIPA) of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.

The High Authority participates in the conference of the International association of anticorruption authorities
This platform, which was created in 2006, aims to foster experience sharing and cooperation between anticorruption authorities, as mentioned in the commitments taken by State parties to the United Nations Convention against corruption.
On 16 January 2019, the President of the High Authority for Transparency in Public Life, Mr. Jean-Louis Nadal, received the President of the Bulgarian Court of Cassation, Mr. Lozan Panov.
In December 2018, the High Authority received public officials from Paraguay and South Korea. These foreign guests wanted to better understand the French system for fighting corruption and promoting public integrity.
The High Authority, which held the vice-presidency until 10 December, succeeded the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection of Mexico (INAI) as the president of the Network for Integrity. The National Integrity Agency (ANI) will be the vice-president.
